Q1: How can I determine my size?

A1: We have a detailed size chart on our website. We recommend taking your measurements and comparing them to our size chart for the best fit. If you need help, please contact our customer service, and we'd be happy to assist.

Q2: Do you offer custom-made Items?

A2: Yes, we do offer custom-made dresses, accessories, gifts... Once you provide us with your specific measurements, and personalization details,  our skilled designers will create your idea. 

Q3: Can I change or cancel my order?

A3: You can cancel your order within 24 hours for a full refund. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Q4: How long does it take to process an order?

A4: For in-stock items, processing typically takes 1-5 business days for us or the designer. Custom and personalized orders may require a longer processing time, between 4 to 8 weeks.

Q5: How long does shipping take?

A5: Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days once the item is dispatched from us not the designer, and express shipping takes 1-3 business days.

Q6: What if my item arrives and it doesn't fit?

A6: If your item does not fit as expected, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

Q7: Can I return sale items?

A7: All sales are final for personalized items, and sale items. These types of items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q8: I live outside of the United States. Can I still place an order?

A8: Yes, we ship internationally. However, please note that customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for information.

Q9: How can I track my order?

A9: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to check the status of your delivery.

Q10: What payment methods do you accept?

A10: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal.
