- Information That You Provide: We collect any information that you enter through our Services or give us in any way, such as when you create an account, place an order, sign up to receive our emails, request stylist appointments or interact with us through our customer service channels. - Automatic Information: We collect some information automatically whenever you interact with our Services and emails. This information includes log files (which include IP address, date/time of access, referring page URL and browser type) as well as information collected through tools that help us collect usage information. HOW DO WE USE CONTACT INFORMATION?
We use your contact information (meaning email address, phone number, and billing and/or shipping address) for the following purposes only:

SMS MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS
Information We Collect
When you opt-in to receive SMS marketing messages from Channy Bride & Beyond, we collect:
- Your mobile phone number
- Your name (if provided)
- Your consent preferences and opt-in date
- Message engagement data (delivery status, click-through rates)
- Shopping cart information for abandoned cart recovery
- Location data (if you enable location services on your device)
How We Use Your SMS Information
We use your mobile phone number and related information to:
- Send promotional offers, product updates, and exclusive deals
- Send abandoned cart reminders when you leave items in your shopping cart
- Provide order updates and shipping notifications (if you opt-in)
- Send personalized recommendations based on your browsing and purchase history
- Deliver location-based offers and promotions when you're near our physical boutique (only if you enable location services)
Abandoned Cart SMS Messages
If you provide your phone number and opt-in to SMS marketing, we may send you automated text messages to remind you about items left in your shopping cart. These messages may include:

- Direct links to complete your purchase
- Limited-time discount codes to encourage completion
- Product availability updates
You can opt-out of these messages at any time by texting STOP.
Third-Party Data Sharing
We use Klaviyo, a third-party SMS marketing platform, to manage and send our text messages. When you opt-in to SMS marketing:
- Your phone number and related data are shared with Klaviyo to facilitate message delivery
- Klaviyo processes this data on our behalf and is contractually obligated to protect your information
- We do not sell your phone number to third parties for their own marketing purposes
- Your data may be shared with our SMS carrier partners solely for message delivery

Location Tracking and Location-Based Services
If you enable location services on your mobile device:
- We may collect your approximate location to send you relevant, location-based offers
- Location data may be used to notify you of promotions when you're near our physical bridal boutique at [your boutique address]
- We may personalize product recommendations based on your location
- Location tracking can be disabled at any time through your device settings
We do not continuously track your location. Location data is only collected when you interact with our SMS messages or website with location services enabled.
Data Retention
We retain your SMS marketing data for as long as you remain subscribed to our SMS program. If you opt-out:
- Your phone number is immediately added to our suppression list to prevent future messages
- Your historical SMS data may be retained for up to [specify timeframe, e.g., 2 years] for compliance and record-keeping purposes
- You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at [your contact email]
Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Opt-out at any time by texting STOP to any message
- Request access to the SMS data we have collected about you
- Request correction or deletion of your SMS data
- Disable location services through your device settings
- Withdraw consent for abandoned cart messages while maintaining other SMS preferences

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your phone number and SMS data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or mobile network is 100% secure.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
HOW DO WE USE OTHER CUSTOMER INFORMATION?
- Customize our Services and product offerings to suit your needs and interests;
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities, and improve our Services and product offerings;
- Record purchases that you have made through our Services;
- Allow you to post comments and communicate with us through our Services, including on our social media pages;

HOW DO WE SHARE CUSTOMER INFORMATION?

ADVERTISING AND ANALYTICS SERVICES PROVIDED BY OTHERS
We allow other companies to provide analytics services and serve advertisements on our behalf across the internet and in applications. These entities may use cookies, web beacons, device identifiers, and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services and other websites and applications, including your IP address, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in apps, links clicked, and conversion information. WHAT CHOICES DO I HAVE?

If you would prefer not to receive marketing emails sent by one of our brands, simply click on the unsubscribe link included at the bottom of any of those emails. If you opt out of receiving marketing emails, we may still send you other types of messages, such as purchase receipts, information about shipments, or emails about your account

The information we collect about you may be transferred to, and accessed from within, the United States and other countries, as permitted by applicable law. These other countries may not offer the same level of data protection as your home jurisdiction.
